Our Inspiration

Rev. Kenji Zephaniah Ndefung Mfuh

He was a dynamic pastor and spiritual leader in the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon. Born in Bamessing, he pursued extensive theological and academic studies, culminating in his ordination in 1988.

1956-2011
Of Blessed Memories

Known for his charismatic preaching and healing ministry, Rev. Kenji served in various regions, including Jakiri, Fontem, Bali, and Ntamulung, where he was instrumental in building churches and growing congregations.

His leadership extended to international representation for the church and impactful evangelistic efforts across Cameroon.

A devoted husband and father, Rev. Kenji married Kenji Regina Kenuh in 1983, and they were blessed with five children. He loved gospel music and introduced his son, Dr. Kenji, to gospel music at an early age, fostering a love for worship that inspires the foundation’s work.

Tragically, Rev. Kenji was assassinated in front of the manse in Cameroon in August 2011. His passing was a profound loss to the community and the church he so passionately served.

Rev. Kenji will be remembered for his passionate sermons, healing ministry, and commitment to the growth of the church. His legacy lives on through the Rev Kenji Memorial Foundation, which continues his mission of spreading the gospel and supporting communities.
